These raspberry chocolate cupcakes are as good as they look.
The are SOOOOO good.

My colleague had a birthday last Friday, and with all of our berry picking, I thought a raspberry cupcake might be yummy. Pair that with chocolate and my oh my.

You are in for a treat!

When my brother and I were little we used to go upstate NY to Keuka Lake every summer. When we would go berry picking with Mom, we would complain because Kevin only liked blueberries and I only liked raspberries. We could never agree on what to pick and were never happy while picking.

I find it so ironic now that I seek out activities like raspberry picking. If only I could live those simple times again, maybe I would appreciate them more. Also I like blueberries now, so I like to think I'd be less annoying.

Anyway, make these cupcakes, they are out of this world!

What is your favorite thing to cook with raspberries?

  1. Berry picking sounds like so much fun. I'm hoping we have the chance to go apple picking (or pumpkin?) this fall! This recipe looks delicious! Thanks for sharing :)

  2. Oh my- these sound amazing! Definitely on my to-bake list. I always love the idea of going berry picking somewhere, but my grandad always grows so many and does the picking for us that I never get the chance! That said, we do go blackberry picking in the hedges around us, so that's something I guess :) xx
